1 lb ground beef chuck, turkey, or vegan meat of your choice
2 tsp Lindera Farms tomato salt
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1TBS Worcestershire sauce
16 Epic Sweet Pickle Chips
½ yellow onion, sliced
4 TBS Brownwood Farms Bourbon Bacon Ketchup
4 Sesame Seed Buns
2 TBS softened butter
Gently mix meat with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Divide into 4 equal balls and shape into patties. Do not overwork the meat. Heat grill to high. Grill burgers to desired temp. To peach with 1 TBS of the ketchup and remove from grill. Spread butter on each side of buns and grill briefly until just browned. Place burgers on buns. Top with 4 pickle chips each and sliced onions. Serve with extra ketchup, and other condiments as desired.
